I'd take that bet. And that's not what you said last time. Instead you slinked away after your absolutely retarded 'solutions' post, where you made part of my point for me.

Fat people are why healthcare costs are so out of control

McDonald’s doesn’t even have small anymore. I tried ordering it once. Maybe kids meals. I didn’t think about that. All of their sizes got upgraded too. The large is what supersize used to be

There is an incredible graph showing the most obese states 20 years ago versus today, basically the same states but the fattest state 20 years ago would almost be the thinnest state today, it’s that ducking bad and it’s totally an American problem. it’s the goddamn food and lifestyle

You argue it's impossible for fat people to not be fat. You're a fricking idiot and scumbag practitioner.

You are a master of being unable to retain any argument at all. No where did I say this. Implicitly I argued that approaches to developing standards of care for obesity should be along extended timescales, up to five years after initial weight loss. That you don't understand anything about patient compliance probanly aids in your almost willful misunderstanding, nor do you seem to understand the patient demographic at hand, as in the ones most likely to present to clinic already have multi-systemic disease.
Again, you have incredible trouble following a multivariate argument, and seem very quick to fill in your lack of understanding with something created in your own mind. It's impressive in its stupidity. Any day you want to discuss the nitty-gritty details, I can do it. I'll use only post-2020 sources for you too, like I have the entire time.

Fat people not being compliant has nothing to do with you saying it's impossible due to hormone imbalance for people to keep wait off.
Saying you want to lose weight, doing nothing about it, and then not losing weight is some riveting analysis by you. Shocking stuff there.

understand the patient demographic at hand,
You talking about extreme outliers to needing medical intervention is not what we are talking about.
And you know that, you're just being intellectually dishonest.

I have no interest in having a conversation with anyone that says the only way for people to lose weight is through pharmaceutical intervention because they're at best retarded and at worst guilty if malpractice

Damn you are dense.

Again, you moron, why does around 85% of people who lose weight regain it?

Man, you have no frame of reference for anything and appear to not understand the passage of time either. The amount of people who have comorbidities caused directly by obesity are not outliers.

1. Do, not does
2. Because they go back to eating bullshite food and more calories, and they stop exercising

Almost all of which go away when getting back to a healthy weight

Again, quote for me where I said this. It might be because of your lack of ability to read, but I was suggesting the exact opposite and even included an anecdote with a patient where I refused to give them a medication they wanted for weight loss. Just unbelievable dishonesty.

And you accuse other people of reading outdated information.

Yes, but the fact that nearly all our admits are overweight should tell you something.

Not a misspelling, but an incorrect use of a homophone, Mingo regrets the error

Not other people. You.

No one disputes that. I don't know what you are trying to argue. Being overweight makes you less healthy? No way!

Well the issue at hand is your dishonesty and inability to read, as you are quite fond of making something up and then running with it. You literally invented a completely imaginary scenario and then you have the gall to talk as though you weren't completely dishonest? Again, any day you want to talk about the nitty-gritty I'm ready.

You dumbshit, I haven't referenced anything from before 2014. I'll post my links and you post yours. I still would like some examples of lobbyist-influenced studies.

Yes, we've already established that you can't follow an argument.
