Boomers aren't really noted for their rational or even intelligent thinking.

Bro, having that silver foil looking triple AAA sticker on the bumper of your sedan is like a requirement to be a boomer.

I don’t know any young person that puts that on their car.

Boomers have destroyed our country but OP isn't all wrong.

It's not that hard to make it in the U.S. If anything it's easier with remote work opportunities.

Move to Ohio, buy a 1600 square foot house, a couple good used cars. Enjoy working 40 hours a week and relaxing in your free time.

Change your tampon. Old ppl built the technology that keeps the bitter and depressed genz turds glued to their iPads and dating apps instead of doing things and actually having real world living friends.

Yet boomers raised the younger generations. Woof, seems like they did a pretty shite job in your opinion.

We’re the greatest because not only can we do things you have to pay people for who invented the technology you seem to think makes you so great?

Oh yeah, we did.

I really dislike this fixation on different generations, and then generalizations about each, it seems nonproductive. But your dad isn’t a boomer, I hate to tell you. Maybe that shows why we shouldn’t limit everybody.

In many cultures, elders are the most revered in society.

Our society shuns the elderly. I hate that. We should hold them high and give them the respect they deserve.

I'm relatively young, but I do my best to respect my elders.

Yes sir. No maam. Et cetera.

Take wisdom and learn from your parents, grandparents, elder familiy members and friends.

We didn’t pay for any of those things. I brought my prom date in my junior high school year to a restaurant. Before that I had ate at a restaurant ( Big John’s in Dulac- boiled seafood, beer joint, dance hall type) twice.

We spent our money ( frugally) going to the camp or fishing and hunting every weekend. And you had to bring something home to eat.
