Here’s an experiment for you. Have someone in front of you drop tennis ball at arms length. They aren’t going to tell you when they’re going to drop it. Your task is to move 4 feet to your right before it touches the ground.
That’s about how much time he has. You can’t make it 4 feet before it hits the ground.
Frankly I’m pretty impressed at the speed of his draw.

Does anyone understand how arresting someone goes when they disobey an order and their vehicle is automatically considered a deadly weapon?
They’re all citing a partial view from an angle where the officer being hit by the vehicle is only partially visible being blocked from the camera view by the other officer at the door.
The funny thing about that is that him being out of the camera view confirms he has to be in front of the vehicle from the angle.
Critical thinking must be abandoned to say he wasn’t in front of it and wasn’t hit.
I’m going to say however the 2nd and 3rd shots are potentially problematic for the officer if forensics determines either was the fatal shot.
When you watch Indiana’s OL you saw something we don’t have.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that OM is about 2 inches to the right from being up 19-17 as badly as they’ve gotten whipped in the trenches
