Mob museum downtown is awesome, great way to spend an afternoon between losing money.
If you go see a show, I would recommend absinthe at Caesars.
Go to circus circus steakhouse for cheaper awesome steak.
Watch ncaa tournament games, Geaux tigers

All of these are good suggestions. But this Thursday-Sunday is all about the tourney.
