From the neck down, there is no reason a 45 year old woman can't look like a 25 year old woman. IF she puts her mind to it, and is willing to spend the time/effort to achieve it.
FTFY
Replying to your original intent.
Some women are gifted genetically as well. They don't have to work as hard as most to maintain youthfulness.
For example. My 27yr old wife, before she became pregnant(8 months currently), was 5'1 109 lbs. She could easily pass for 14-16 years old, especially in the face. In the body, for the most part, she could pass for younger too. Though her arse* is all grown up!
Up until now, she has always hated it. People never take her seriously when she is dealing with somewhere that expects older clientele. Like say, the bank, or an ABC store. When we were out on a date night 1.5 years ago, the bartender turned her down even after seeing her ID. He thought it was fake. She ran into similar situations a lot before she was pregnant.
I'm sure when she is the age of the lady in the OP(Whatever age that woman actually is). My wife will be exceedingly thankful for her gift of youthfulness. There are many, many women like her out there, but most of them tend to be petite. Fat ages people 99% of the time.
* No pics will be posted. I have posted pics of her arse in the past. Sorry fellas.

explain your genetics is a lie statement.
I'll have to quote from a book
"black gene lies, slave quarter cures"
" My paternal grandparents were born of slaves. My paternal grandfather lived into his 90's. My paternal grandmother lived into her early 90's. All 10 of her children were born at home. five of their 10 children died of "natural causes". My uncles died at 33, 56, and 62. My aunts died at 56 and 67. While some are still iving, none have reached the age of 80. This is an average life expectancy of 92 years for my grandparents and andaverage life span of 55 years for their children - genes cannot explain these discrepancies."
she goes on to show how minerals her ancestors got were now missing from the diet.
remember wood ashes from logs on fires were put into the gardens and the plants uptook those minerals, and also wood ash was mixed in with foods and salt too. and that is no longer the case.
so, this is only part of the answer

well, I haven't finished the book, but it's an emerging field of study...do an amazon search there is more than one book on the subject.
But you can already say this:
quote:
It is predictable that this book will impact the world of the everyday man, science, politics, social engineering and medicine to the same degree that Darwin's The Origin of Species did more than 100 years ago.
Excellent.

Yeah and there is most certainly no other variables whatsoever.

the medical system has failed us fearfully.
Over the last 200 years our expected life span has increased by nearly 40 years due almost entirely to medical advances. You can't be this stupid.

you'll have to read the book.
my last example is pottingers cats.
if you never heard about them nor read the book, this is a short excerpt encapsulating the study.
[[ The experiment included 900 cats over four generations and was well documented by Dr. Pottenger. The cats were divided into five groups. All the groups were supplied the same basic minimal diet, but the major portion of the diets were varied. Two of the groups were fed whole foods (raw milk and meat - real foods for cats). The other three groups were given processed foods: pasteurized, evaporated and condensed milk.
All four generations of the raw meat and raw milk groups remained healthy throughout their normal lifespans. The first generation of all three processed food groups developed diseases and illnesses near the end of their lives. The second generation of all three processed food groups developed diseases and illnesses in the middle of their lives. The third generation of all three processed food groups developed diseases and illnesses in the beginning of their lives and many died before six months of age. There was no fourth generation in any of the three processed food groups. Either the third generation parents were sterile or the fourth generation cats died before birth! Remember, all four generations of the raw food groups were healthy throughout their normal lifespans. ]]

It's pathetic how all 46 year old women don't look like this. There are absolutely 0 excuses. Especially with advances in advances in modern science.
