It's not a fat(medical expense) or welfare either or designation. Most of these super fatties not only have huge medical expenses but also are on disability for their fattiness.
Last week I saw a new patient with the highest BMI I've ever seen :79. She is 4 foot 9 and weighs 350ish. She is on disability for her "knee pain" - your knees would hurt too if you were wearing a 250 pound fat suit. To get out of bed in the morning or get into the shower her family uses a Hoyer Lift - basically a cattle carrier to move her.
These types are going to bankrupt the once- greatest nation in the world.

Also, love how the fatty complains how they changed the fairies to where they aren't fat to make them more appealing. Scruffy agrees with her. Fatties are not visually appealing.
