So what was it worth? If you’re saying you sold your house for $500k in the hood and the buyer didn’t research the crime in the area you’re either lying or you’re lying.
You can buy a decent $500k house uptown and not all the way in your hood.

It’s sad for the law abiding folks but I feel nothing for the democrats in our big cities. They don’t give a rats arse about crime or attracting business. They vote for politicians who don’t care either. I’m sick of hearing lack of opportunities, racism, income inequality and all the other BS.
