My neighbor is with Pure Insurance and they also were given the non-renewal notice unless they replace all of their hot water heaters and they have to install a carbon monoxide detection monitoring system in their home as well.

Ordered the hot water heaters for my house this morning so we won't get dropped still it would have been nice to have a little more notice.

I replaced 3 (1 was a grandfathered 80) with a light commercial "tankless" with recovery.
