Sounds like she needs to slow down and really verify her info. Maybe quit making her nervous

It would take A LOT for me to want to get someone fired, but if someone reaches that point then I am going to do whatever I have to do.
So what point am I talking about? It would have to take something like if someone was coming at me to make me look bad in away that could possibly get me fired.
If you are doing it to someone because you don't like them or they made you mad then that's a bitch move. But I think trying to get someone fired is beyond a line.
There have been a few times on here when a poster tried to get another poster fired. I forget the details, but I just think that is the biggest bitch move ever.
We need more detail.

I had a colleague that was clearly disliked by a sales manager, anyway the sales manager ended up firing a talented sales rep (probably jealously). The manager was creating drama that never existed before. The colleague called the sales manager out about the drama and bullshite that was being created. This was what “caused” the termination.
I can’t recall how the former employee ended up getting the termination papers or the write up.
I ended up getting a copy of the termination documents- I was rather shocked and disappointed in my company that this colleague was fired over crap that was made up without follow ups or documentation including specific incidents that were vaguely mentioned.
This manager obviously had operation and ethical problems.
So anyway I started documenting emails that weren’t getting responded, or lack of the managers support basically her dropping the ball.
Numerous files and emails. I guess the last one was when the manager took a week vacation and didn’t notify anyone.
I submitted and called the Vp of sales. Stated my case (I’ve never done anything like this before, so I didn’t know exactly how to proceed).
I later learned that others were complaining and the Vp was also having issues with said manager.
They eventually ended up terminating the manager.
I was happy to say that it felt good. But I never wanted to participate in something like this ever again.
What’s amazing is that these weren’t low paying jobs. The manager was probably salaried at $150k.
It was still shocking that this so called manager was allowed to fire a talented sales rep over crap that was made up.

What the hell does ‘clapped out’ mean? I’ve never heard that term in my life.

The rule is that whom cannot be the subject of a sentence.
Whom is an object pronoun.
...except in that previous sentence. Where it was the subject.
I'll take L if it makes you feel better, but the rules can be bent.
