Spoke to an uncle in DeQueen today by happenstance. Aunt is a principal and the schools let out early due to the threat. I've honestly never heard of such a thing. Granted, nothing happened yet in SWA.

My 7th grader said a ton of kids were checked out this afternoon cause of storms. Was always forecasted to be after 5pm here. 5:15 and still quiet here in central AR; so hot and muggy out, not good.

My flight back to Dallas from Tulsa just got cancelled due to hail in Dallas. At least I got lucky because it happened on a Friday afternoon.

Looks like im missing the thunderstorms but im seeing an awesome view of the storm structure as both pass from the north and south.
