i have a DK and blast. i like both but blast is easier to use because of the better app. i have the dk pitchtracker too my middle kid uses with his pitching coach.
also the blast app and blast vision app allow you to essentially have a hit trax type of environment without the investment
if you are looking for something cheap...DK usually has a sale at black friday where you can get the sensor and ball for 50 each. so its a much better deal than the blast. i actually think the dk bat sensor is better but blast app is 1000000 times better

What a concept.
That's of course EXACTLY how it used to be.
When I was growing up, in rec ball, there would 8-10 teams with 12-13 kids a team. There would be a mid season tournament then an end of season tournament in which the winner would be the champs that season. Then they picked all stars and then I think they played at least 2 tournaments but if fully advanced it would have been maybe 5?
Then in HS there was American Legion and where I lived there were two HS and it would be the best from both schools.
Now, rec ball has to merge with another parish to have enough teams. I think my nephew played on one of four teams. No team had no more than 10 players. At some point the started making rosters of only 10 players so that everyone got to play. The kid who doesn't play defense is a DH and they have 10 batters.

in all seriousness, that is the kind of behavior you see at rec or AA tournaments. you dont see that at the higher levels. the fact you are having to bring up a video that is over 4 years old says volumes imo
as far as the soccer comment.....maybe in louisiana, but go out west and tell me soccer isnt worse or go look at mexico. i mean how many mass stabbings do you have at baseball games.....just saying.
