I would recommend that pregnant women continue to listen to the advice of their doctors, especially if they get sick.
It certainly seems like it would be a dumb idea for pregnant women to allow a fever to run unchecked, but I am not a doctor and therefore will not claim to be an authority on the subject, unlike our esteemed political brain trust.
