An important part of the story.

A small crowd gathered at the scene of the shooting, KTUL reported. Neighbors described the man as troubled.

What a terribly written story. So cops confronted him at his home, then shot him as he attempted to enter a convenience store? Was he robbing or threatening? Why did they confront him at his home? I is confuse

Bruh, the cops shot another black guy. That's all the facts we need. What happened prior to the shooting is irrelevant.

dont worry, the one of him smiling like an innocent child in a powder blue polo -perhaps hugging his own child or a puppy- will surface on the evening news.

The photos of him throwing gang signs or sneering into a selfie will be buried with the quickness.

the mayor and council women are too busy trying to defend that dead TPOS AS than to pressure their voters to aid the police with the killing of a good kid

It would be really interesting if Sticks is the one that shot him.

Really sad. By all accounts, the boy that died was a good kid and had his head on right and the future was bright.

And not one person has come forward to identify the suspect(s) who killed him? C'mon. That's just awful. How in the hell is the rest of the Baton Rouge community supposed to take the community's black leaders seriously when their priorities are so misaligned?

North side of Tulsa has always been terribad. Once the street names change from South to North you done gone the wrong way to anything constructive and don't be up there after dark. The MLK attachment is just the umbrella in the fruity drank.

The cops doing security at the bank I used to work for in Tulsa always referred to North Side as "Little Beirut with a higher violence rate". It was so bad the local news just ignored what went on up there unless it was some economic news like a store opening on a slow news day. To cover all the crime/violence on the North was discouraging improvement.
