I can handle myself just fine without a gun. I do own one for home protection but it doesn't leave the house. I'm sorry you can't feel safe without one.

I never said I was a badass. I just said I can handle myself without a gun, mostly because I don't tend to find myself in situations where I need to defend myself. If you do, maybe you should look in the mirror. Or move to a different area.

I can completely see the point of carrying one in your car, since if SIRI leads you through a rough neighborhood, you may need some protection. But as far as someone ordering an Uber and then killing the driver, I'd say the chances of that are zero.

To both of you idiots, I never said anything about Uber not being within their rights as a business to do this (although I don't know how they can legally do it because it's a private vehicle and the people with CCW are legal to carry).
