Yea what you described is apples and oranges.
You really don’t know what’s happening in Venezuela do you. This guy was not elected. The vast majority of that country is living in tyranny.

Well Maduro and 13 other folks have an indictment pending for narco- terrorism charges from 2020 out of New York’s southern federal district. So there’s that.

This isn’t a war, it was an arrest operation. Every President since the 40’s have carried out operations like this without congress approval.
