It looks to me like most are those being unloaded are at crude oil storage terminals on Caribbean Islands or sailing to them. I don't think that the Isla Refinery, in Curacao, has been restarted yet.

Vitol and Trafi have their work cut out for them. Imagine holding the keys to this knowing you are going to get worked over at some point because someone gets their feelings hurt.

Buckeye built those terminals for a reason. Bahamas is where a refinery once stood. St Kitts is new. Not listed is Yabucoa, Puerto Rico where Shell had its refinery demolished and Buckeye purchased the land including the tank farm where imported oil and domestic oil was stored. All delivered and shipped out via tanker. Cayman Brac used to have a terminal and tank farm to store crude.
