Most EPA violations are just documentation violations as a rule, not actual pollution.
They screwed a friend who was selling lubricant additives to them out of money.
Marked RADIOACTIVE shouldn't be an additive for lubricants.
BTW, a lot of thing you would never think are put into base oil to make lubricants, like crumb rubber and all the metal compounds for antiwear. It's just oil, which is more like diesel as the starting base oil
