Maybe that day. A broken rib and some embarrassment will make a man do crazy things. We don't need to worry about his motive though. He doesn't have one anymore.

I feel like we are living on separate planets or something. When did it become acceptable to assault, spit on, harass, obstruct, etc.. federal agents? Or any law enforcement? That it’s part of the job description? It is pure lunacy to do this unarmed, it’s a death wish to do it while armed. It actually should serve as a lesson to the other revolutionaries that if you behave this way towards law enforcement, especially if armed, there is a not zero percent chance you will die.

Who is saying it’s acceptable?
There are laws, man. You can only use deadly force in certain circumstances, and none of those circumstances are met here - and it’s not even particularly close.

I would argue the people completely confused as to how this could happen are implicitly consenting to the actions of the mob. Crying about consequences is a pretty good hint that the person doesn't think anything wrong was done.
It seems like ironically many of you are so confident in the flawlessness of ICE that you can't fathom how harrasing and assaulting them constantly could get someone hurt.

in the video that came out today, i absolutely agree... the rough handling, them tackling him and he breaking a rib in the process, i actually side with ICE on that one... he was the instigator and i actually don't think they went far enough, if we are being honest... they should have arrested his arse right then and there, if they have the authority to do that, not sure if they do or don't...
however, the other day, he was not the instigator in that situation... we've seen the videos, and no, he didn't assault the LEO in that video... again, his egregious actions in the video of him vandalizing the truck doesn't absolve what happened to him in the other video...

He was part of an anti-ICE Signal group coordinating and organizing efforts to disrupt and imped ICE agents. A week earlier, he was on video confronting ICE, lashing out at agents, and damaging their property. A week after that, he’s in another physical encounter with ICE and actively resisting arrest. And now we’re supposed to pretend this all happened in some vacuum and confidently declare what his “intent” was? Ridiculous. You know it.
