For prevention: at least two full bottles of water with 2 aleve before passing out.

For relief: I've found that different hangovers require different cures. Sometimes have had success with a smoothies, when eating is an option either canes or five guys with a powerade is the GOAT!

Highly recommend taking some MILK THISTLE before a big night of drinking. Its a natural liver supplement. Drastically decreases hangover severity.

Tramadol is the best hangover Rx available. It's not worth much on anything else.

My "jimmies were not rustled".

This is a rookie question so I was just wondering if you were a senior in HS..

Lots of water before you start drinking. Bloody Maria(beer) in the morning. If you can't stand the thought of more alcohol, then lots of orange juice and b.c powder.

Add an hour to your sleep for every drink you have. If I have 10-12 drinks, I pretty much sleep the entire next day. Wake up...boom, no hangover.

before passing out

Thats the ticket.

Also, if day drinking, beers are fine until 6-7pm, then I just stop drinking and roll with the buzz as late as I can.

If starting later, beers are fine but then I usually switch to a Titos/water or XO/water mix... then do the excedrin/water before bed.

Hangovers are rare nowadays.

The best remedy is running an IV and get fluids into you, but you probably don't have access to this.

Those were the days. Had a buddy/roommate that worked at the hospital. He used to bring bags of saline home and we would pop in IV after a long night drinking. Felt like a million bucks within 10 minutes.
