Doctors and nurses and of course that arsehole don't/didn't fight but medics most certainly fight. I understand they are classified as non combatant but I was a 91B in the Army and the groups we fight this day and age dont respect or recognize the Geneva convention.

I fought as a tanker in the First Gulf War. In our eyes our medics were just as much combat vets as we were.

Was just saying they are "technically" non-combatants my friend...trust me, medics earn their shite. I spent 15 months in Baghdad and would stand side by side with any of them.

I travel to Costa Rica as part of work about once a year. Its a nice place but I wouldn't want to live there.
Back on topic; for me, I'd renounce my citizenship if the gubment restricted firearm owning/usage for sure. I'd probably move to Switzerland or another gun friendly country.

Given what is happening now in this country, why wouldn't anybody not think about this option?
