I'm trying to find whatever they are talking about. See LDH still has the same line about removing duplicates.

ie. A positive PCR is NOT a 'case'.
But under current guidelines, any person with a positive test is a case.

We've been dealing with the charade for 10 months now and I don't think these fricking idiots even know what a case means. Like Cosmo said it keeps changing based on their narrative at the given time.
