Woman in the article is a CAA, not a CRNA. Doesn’t have to go the nursing route before hand and is a masters vs a doctorate. But Last time I checked they could only practice in 20 or so states and must work under an anesthesiologist. Still a good gig based on the pay and amount of schooling required vs the others.

Chinese kids get science experiments, museum exhibits, and patriotic videos promoted to them on their version and it’s limited to 40 minutes a day. That version isn’t shared with the U.S. It’s basically another attempt by the Chinese to sabotage the mental health and development of American youth.

I do acute care PT and would say 90% of hips go home the day following surgery, 5% go home day of and 5% go to inpatient rehab/SNF. And unless a late afternoon surgery she should be on her feet with PT within a few hours

It’s true. White males make up 6 percent of the population and commit 53% of murders. Somalia, South Africa, and Jamaica are beacons of peace and prosperity vs dangerous slums like Sweden, Iceland and Denmark.
I know it’s true because I read it on twitter from a green haired neutral- gendered Berkeley graduate that grew up in a 99% homogeneously white town.

Collateral damage from the virus response and lockdowns most likely accounts for a large part of this excess and may even prove deadlier than the virus itself in the long run.
We’re at excess deaths related to heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, etc. due to avoidance of hospitals, reduced elective surgeries and less health screenings. Add in the 27,000 excess Alzheimer/Dementia deaths from isolation and altering of care and the overdoses/suicides from unemployment and pandemic related stress and there’s sure to be an excess.
