Got severe case of shingles on chest and abdomen - unbearable pain with every step or cough, etc. - lasted 5 - 6 weeks - while I had the shingles I got one of those gastro-bugs - constant vomit and diarrhea for 48 hours - I well remember laying on the cold tile bathroom floor (it hurt too much to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom) at 3 a.m. thinking that death would be preferable.

Went to Progreso, MX on a cruise. All-you-can-drink Tequila for 3 hours on a beach. Got back on the cruise ship and drank a little more. The water happened to be rough when the boat took off, and I literally puked for 7 straight hours, including blood one of the times.
