I saw the other day that LaToya got some more fed rental assistance money - looks like the moratorium will continue for some.

We disputed our property taxes and won on my wife’s rental properties and our house but had to goto BR for a day and sit in a court room for a few hours. Good luck

I disputed mine a couple years ago at the place in Lakeview.....and I won. It only took 15min and lowered my taxes by $1800......now they've gone back up again and Im going to dispute them again.....I dont have to go to BR...

Just curious...why did you have to BR and sit in a courtroom?

Had to take our appeal to the state tax commission - Nola assessor was not playing with us. There were a bunch of Nola property owners in court that day.

damn...no shite? I hope I dont have to go that route...it was pretty easy the last time. I'm hoping it goes just as smooth this time around. Mu total value increased $110,200 in one year...and I live around houses that are much bigger and nicer than mine and they are sill lower than me....

I think Teedy has it out for me

Who … wants to live that close to the murder capital?

I’ve lived in Old Metairie most of my 59 years, and I’ve never known anyone to be a victim of violent crime (at least that I can think of).

I visited the Tchefuncte office

As in Tchefuncta Estates? I love that neighborhood. The new section is very nice.

You must not get out much. Audubon zoo and the aquarium are vey nice compared to what’s available across the country

You may want to clean the sand out of the crease between your legs.

State Board of appeals? Would appreciate a run down of your experience, Errol has raised me 4 times in 7 years and I am ready to take it to the state if he does it again.
