The stretch between mobile and Biloxi is a pure disaster.

It really is. they need to 3 or 4 lane that entire stretch. The summer beach traffic is especially bad with everybody going back and forth from Texas to Florida.

Maybe if they inform the casinos they are cut off they'll send up a few suits to touch this guy up, a bit.

They ended up shooting tear gas into the truck to get him out just before 2:00, and identified the driver as 33-year-old Michael Troy Mack of Baton Rouge. So I guess the question stands, which poster was this?

Video in LINK of him trying to run a pick-up off the road

It is 3-laned all the way to Gautier. Not sure why they didn’t 3-lane all the way to the bridge, though.

Can’t believe I hadn’t heard this story since it’s part of my daily commute.

all they can see is a machete, why risk them opening the door and ol boy having a gun and lighting up the first few officers. Like someone else, not worth risking lives over a minor inconvenience

I didn't read enough details to know he was in the truck. Alright, then skip tasing him...or shooting him at first...shoot out a window somehow, or shatter it, or whatever...then pop a tear gas in there, maybe with a flash bang...and get this shite moving.

Edit...

2 posts up...guess they think like me, just move slower than I want them to.
