All of them. One could argue that they were the most impressive group of thinkers ever assembled.
But if I had to pick one, it would be Adams.

Jefferson or Franklin.
Franklin was a walking scandal but he was so well liked by all factions that it never really hurt him.
Jefferson was also the father of the two party system. His Anti-Federalist, would later become Democratic-Republicans.
Though then again, there are a lot of great funding fathers that never became household names.
