When I was at Maxwell AFB, there was a BBQ joint owned by a Chinese lady. It was a pretty good spot just outside the gate. I used to love to watch people that had never been place their order. She would yell at everyone, “welcome to Big B, what you want?” If you took longer than 5 seconds she would tell you to stand aside and let the next person order.
