I take no medication and haven’t been to a doctor in 10 years. I’m not well versed on what medications are available. But I would have assumed someone would have invented a pill that can control hormones. Again, I’m no nurse.

I hear ya, brother.
I got in trouble this morning for accusing my girlfriend (no pics) of waking me up to snuggle me.
You see, if she had it her way she would sleep on top of me for the entirety of the night, which I find insanely overheating. I’m a full-figured man. I need ventilation.
So, I nipped that habit in the bud. I’ve told her she can get her cuddle time in when I’m awake. BUT she sleeps on average 6 hours per night no matter what day it is. I could easily sleep 9 on weekends.
So, her new thing is to pop awake and play on her phone until I get up. But she gets bored quickly, and this is somehow my problem. Inevitably I’ll stir a little with someone awake at the other side of the bed fiddling with a cell phone.
She always takes this stirring as evidence of me being awake and flies across the bed to share her body heat.
I hate it. I told her as much - that it’s rude to wake someone up because you’re bored. I’m in trouble. Don’t care, though
