1. why won't you just lay out problems and attempt to find a solution?
2. if your answer involves claiming the bitching is stress relief, why don't you circulate that with people who aren't looking for solutions?
i don't get the unfocused blah. if you have a problem, then try to figure out what you have to do to fix it or what steps you need to change things. what does speaking the problems out loud over and over again accomplish?

Sometimes there’s not really a solution, like this ongoing thing with my sister that irritates me
And sometimes you just want your feelings validated. When my feelings are validated, I usually get over it pretty quickly
