Cause people like their chicken.
I do miss their old version chicken strips cooked in peanut oil though. Gone the way of the Arby Q!

Ditto what everyone else said. The food is just ok. Is Popeyes or Rausin Cane’s a little better? Yes at times. HOWEVER, CFA’s service is beyond reproach.
“How May we serve you today?”
They get the order right every frickin time.
They don’t hire people who don’t give a shite.
I’m telling you know if other businesses would drop the crappy service (I’m talking to you Burger King) they would be more successful.
I will pay more and eat less good chicken if it means people are polite and nice to you and appreciate their business.

I've gotten a lot of downvotes on here for this, but I will never understand the cult following. It's kind of good chicken....what the hell am I missing here?!?!?
Never underestimate the value of a consistently positive experience.

The culture: "My pleasure", smiling faces, and excellent service.
***drive thru line too long? girls outside with keypads and coupons to help expedite orders.
The environment. No one is standing around idle. Clean cut, clean uniformed, and clean groomed kids running it efficiently and seamlessly. The restaurant is clean.
Excellent food quality every single time, all times of the day, every day of the week.

Quite the opposite. The OT loves Chick-fil-a.

They have a simple menu and very good hiring/training.
But should’ve stayed out of political opinion. Unless they’re ok making less $ than otherwise. Which may be the case since they’re also closed on one of the two busiest shopping days of the week.

They do. It does.
Well... not 24/7... 24/6.
