WeeWee, high hopes are one thing but all too often reality doesn't go hand in hand with them. I am afraid at this point, the power brokers in Iran still have the "nuts" and can push their will until there is some valid capabilities of pushing back. If you see that materialize, then I can see some fissures come about but until then it sounds like it is a slaughterhouse until the protestors get outside help or their will breaks.

Actually it’s not that simplistic. The type of calories as well as the timing matters as well. What I mean by that is promotion of lean body mass through eating regular intervals of protein is important as adding/preserving lean body mass will cause a higher caloric burn for the day.
One does not need to go too long from eating protein as their body will go to a catabolic state and start breaking down lean body mass as its calorie burning effect is seen as a liability when you don’t eat. Lots more to unearth but the calories in calories out doesn’t paint a good and accurate picture of things.

Bro you seemed to forget Bama had several opportunities to ice the Michigan game a couple of years ago but eventually lost it in OT…they would’ve walked all over Washington as Michigan did too so no it’s not been THAT bad. The past two years, sure but that’s not long.

More good discussion guys! I like some of these ideas…I think ALL of the proposed penalty assessments are better than doing nothing like where it apparently stands now.

Yes, again lack of true penalization in that case. I think it’s akin to committing a hold in the end zone by the offense, counts as a safety…why shouldn’t points go on the board the other way for DPI in the end zone?

Yeah I was trying to run through my mind about how they were going to assess the penalty when it happened and when they said it was automatically declined…I was like “What? That doesn’t sound right.”
To me the obvious thing was again that it encourages some potentially dangerous behavior to prevent returns by the defense.
For a later discussion I also have a problem with Pass Interference in the end zone, to me that should be a TD for the offense.
