Yeah I don’t think you would need it but if it happened you’d have guys that would go and guys that wouldn’t.
And looking at it now and how dudes were treated after coming back. You can’t really be mad.
I mean I have a hard time wanting to go to lands people have been on for centuries and force America on them.
Also we haven’t declared war since WWII.

IDK when leaders are going to realize that conscription is not a viable option in modern warfare.
