I think it’s safe to assume that people picking wolves on average have lower annual incomes.

There's a real chance that the wolf could kill you. Pretty much zero chance that a bobcat could kill you. It would do some light to moderate damage and disappear into the brush.

I think a lot of us have actually seen bobcats and realize that they're about twice the size of a house cat. Sure, they're wild animals and far more ferocious, but again, they're about twice the size of a house cat.

Many times. Never gone to the hospital over it. I wouldn't want to fight a bobcat but he's no wolf. For what it's worth I'd just as soon not fight a squirrel. Which would be a much closer comparison.
