I guess I'm kinda like a lot of other folks in that I hope that it wasn't the parents
another show I watched this week talked about some guy who mysteriously committed suicide and his uncle thought he may have been involved. He had the same boots that made the boot print in the basement and I think he owned a stungun
I can't remember why he was eliminated from the suspect pool

she was killed by unknown assailant of Hispanic origin.
The DNA testing just demonstrated blew that theory out of the water
The Hispanic males DNA more than likely was from an immigrant working in a factory

If u understand and believe in DNA then it is clear. The fact that the police had DNA that showed it wasn't the Ramsey family two weeks after the murder and hid it and tried and tried to suppress the evidence of their own independent investigator is really disturbing. They decided the Ramsey's did and and ignored every thing else. Happens everyday

But they didn't have DNA that showed it wasn't the Ramsey family. The DNA could have come from anywhere. It wasn't a significant enough amount of DNA material to conclude anything

However, watching the investigation tonight shows that the DNA they retrieved could not be used to indict or exonerate. DNA can be found on any clothing at any time. Just because it was found, does not place an intruder in the home at the time of death
To do that is a complete stretch

That's right
But there was a theory that he was working with the other guy who may have killed him, because he shot himself through a pillow and from the wrong side (he was left handed)

DNA didn't match
dna was not blood or semen. Was salive or sweat
Most probably from the factory worker that packaged the underwear

They also said that such small amounts of DNA can be transferred in the laundry.
Meaning it could have been from literally anywhere.

Let's do a checklist of evidence that could have been planted or tainted vs. evidence that could not possibly have been planted or tainted:
Could have been: All of it
Couldn't possibly have been: None of it
Could have been: All of it
Couldn't possibly have been: None of it

Yeah, clear as day the crime scene was monumentally contaminated and the body was handled and moved several times post-mortem.

That's what I said.
The DNA is so stupid.. If this mystery intruder covered their tracks so well, the last thing they would do is leave clothes like that with DNA on it.
Come on people.
Something happened inside the house, period.. They went to great lengths to protect someone..
It's so staged

John's interviews with Patsy versus after she died are like night and day. There's a huge tension lifted off his shoulders.
Like many I think the parents didn't do it, but know who did, were in some ways complicit and helped cover it up. JonBenet was a bedwetter which is often a sign of abuse at that age. There is the foreign DNA. I think Patsy got involved in some seedy underbelly of the pageant scene and was whoring her daughter out to a pedophile until he eventually went too far.

These Burke interviews are creepy af
Kid has no emotion or caring that his sister just died 2 weeks before
Said he feels safe and isn't worried
Says he just wants to move on with his life

Watching this on CBS now..
The brother showing demonstrations of a hammer in the head.. so casually.. about what may have happened to her..
No emotion..
Talking about the time he had hit his sister. I know he states it was on a backswing, but the friend says the mom said he lost his temper and hit her on purpose..

So why are we just now hearing that the brother had hit her in the face with a golf club previously?

Pretty sure we already knew that. They showed a quote from the Ramsey's book about it I think

the brother seems crazy. Also pretty crazy how he just casually does the motion with a knife or hammer.

By brothers and I hit each other with dozens of objects growing up. Doesn't really mean shite as it relates to this case.
