I think you can get a classic plate at 20 years.

Depends a lot on whether or not it has had it's engine out maintainence or not.

I still think it's cool, as long as your not valet it at the hottest restaurant in town, I think you could drive it here and there and nobody would hate . I

Agree with all of the reasons not to buy it plus I just don't think it is that attractive of a vehicle, esp a Ferrari.
For $70K, I can find something I can work on and enjoy just as much.

No, just wouldn't make an investment like that going into it blindly. I doubt anyone who knows anything about Ferrari's would purchase a used one unless it has already had the maintainence.

That car is butt arse ugly. I know it's from the late 90's, but it screams 80's cheese dick.
That car will not appreciate like other Ferrari's.
If I had $70k to blow on a car, it would be the new Corvette Stingray.

You can get a brand new corvette for that price and IMO it's a much cooler car. That ferrari will never really be a classic.

It'd be a better idea to wipe your arse with that money. The 355s are one of the uglier Ferrari's, IMO. I guess if your end game is to use to date rape some girls, then it would probably work for that purpose as it's still a Ferrari and so it attracts women and goes fast.

A corvette with a nice 4yr warranty.
Anything breaks on that Ferrari, it's going to be in the shop for months with a 10K repair job.

EVERY Ferrari ends up being classic.
Corvettes just aren't rare you see them all models all the time. I'm not hating on them I just think it's apples and oranges

Mine is 45 years old and I don't think I would trade him straight up.

Not that one. It's not all that attractive. It's going to be a nightmare to keep on the road.

Pretty dope. Didn't know people in Arkansas could afford nice things
