I have the XXL, we usually get a 10 or 11' tree and it's never been an issue

I got mine more than 10 years ago. I think it was $100 then. It is worth every penny.

I'm capable of using a stand with screws, but man is it convenient to stand the tree up, step on the foot pedal and be done

Oh my sweet summer child. But then how would the house fill with the scent of pine? Because I've been told that every year when I bring up that it would be easier to just buy an artificial tree.
