Better yet, rent a small uhaul enclosed trailer for $40. And also bring some folding tables. That way you can have two levels of plants.

i'm not saying it does or doesn't. but i don't see a "wow, what a difference" for an extra $15k-$20k. was it worth it when it was $5,000? probably. today, not so sure.

not sure exactly what that means. i can confirm that mine is flex piped in from pipes underground that snake down from my attic, so lots of 90's.
i don't see anything from generac regarding a "straight run"

We've had this discussion here before i think but this is anecdotal at best.

you're talking about solid sheeting. typically it's done to "make the house stronger".
solid sheeting a house will cost $15k-20k. if you're worried only about blocking, that's a lot to spend.
Also, you typically solid sheet with 5/8 plywood.

They should be very hearty in the south. They’re good for zones 6-9, 6 being the lower Great Plains through southern New England.

Granular, right. No need to water in liquid (generic prodiamine “old yeller” as I call it).
re: Lowes or Home Depot mulch sale?

How does the one Lowe’s has for sale hold up with regard to color?
We originally went crushed pine needles which grayed up so fast then shredded cypress which was decent but $15/bag.
I installed some no float cypress blend behind my house for $3.50/bag and I like it but it really lightened up more than I had hoped.

Agree, especially in a span like that where you can use a full board. Where I had long runs I stepped at 48”.

Yes
Note: I am not a professional but installed all the hardi siding and trim on my house. Hardi has installation details for their products and joint flashing is part of their detail.
Detail H here

I used the foil joint tape that I cut into pieces. It’s too easy NOT to do.
