The SCOTUS, in a 1905 ruling, sided with the State of Massachusetts that States could mandate vaccines to protect the health of the public as part of their police powers.
Jacobson vs. Massachusetts
EDIT: The same ruling also stated that the individual has the right to refuse.

People on both sides of this argument are retarded. No, the state should not force people to get things put into their body. However, vaccines have been proven to be good for you and they don’t cause fricking cancer or autism. So I would encourage it but it shouldn’t be forced.
Hey downvoters, ever heard of polio, smallpox, measles, mumps, rubella or tetanus? And many more diseases people don’t get anymore thanks to vaccines.

You should be able to choose and also accept the consequences that come along with not getting vaccinated.
If that is losing your health insurance, job, place of residence then so be it.

Dershowitz also "believes" the founders intended for POTUS to be far more powerful than any King ever was. He hasn't hatched a coherent legal thought in about 20 years.

After years of defending the concept of vaccine skepticism and the right of people to refuse vaccines, in the face of the vile insults thrown by this board at everyone who at all questions the official narrative, it's very rewarding to watch everyone wake up.

I don’t really like the idea of injecting something in my body that’s being rushed to market. Especially for a virus that if contracted has a 99% survival rate.

Over 20 years in the military I've been vaccinated against my will. At this point, COVID would be infected with me.

Inserting something, in this case a needle and the "vaccine" it transmits, into a persons body without their permission by force.
Sounds like "rape"

That is how this plays out. Dersowitz is, technically, correct. There is no right to not be vaccinated. On the other hand there is a right not to be vaccinated. You can refuse vaccination, that it, the government can't force you to be vaccinated. However, if businesses, the government or other private persons or entities decide to discriminate against you because you did not get a vaccination, they would be able to. If "Immunity Passports" or something similar comes along, businesses could require you to show it to them before hiring you or allowing you onto their premises and schools could refuse to accept your children (if so authorized by their governing bodies) if they didn't have one. It's the same thing now with routine vaccinations.
