re: Lawmakers want billionaires to foot the bill for $3,000 payouts to American households
Posted by Bjorn Cyborg on 3/3/26 at 1:54 pm to Major Dutch Schaefer
They could take every cent from all 938 of those billionaires and it wouldn’t change a thing. They would waste it all. It wouldn’t even cover government spending for a year. Probably not even 6 months.

I won’t even listen to music now where they don’t play their own instruments.
I’m sure as frick not listening to AI music.
May as well listen to boy bands or K-Pop

David Lee Roth was not a talented singer, lyricist, or musician.
Certainly not a talented musician. But he was more than fine as a singer - much better than he gets credit for. In rock music it's about your voice fitting the music and the band, and DLR's voice was perfect for Van Halen.
And he wrote virtually all of the lyrics to Van Halen's songs, some of the most iconic songs in rock history.
WTF are you talking about?

The idea that it is accepted that countries want to get rid of their citizens and pawn them off on another country is crazy to me.
You have India and Mexico complaining that other countries make it too hard for their citizens to flee their shitholes.
These countries should get way more criticism than they do for being failed states.

He was just arrested again for breaking in a house, while out on bail for the other break in. Dude has lost it.
Cher's son Elijah Blue Allman arrested again for alleged break-in
quote:
Elijah Blue Allman, the son of Cher, has been arrested for a second time in three days following a break-in at a New Hampshire home.
Allman, 49, was arrested on Sunday, March 1, after a woman called 911 to report someone had broken into her home and she was hiding in a closet, police told CBS News. Upon arrival, an officer found the glass door shattered and Allman "seated on the living room couch smoking a cigarette," the outlet reports.
Windsom, New Hampshire, police found him inside the home, noting he "did not have permission to be there and had forcibly entered the home," the department confirmed to USA TODAY.

You are either a moron or trolling. So, condolences, or frick off.

.. you are kidding with this statement, correct?
These people were much more influential:
1. Les Paul - who was EVH's hero and main influencer.
2. Jeff Beck
3. Pete Townsend
4. Robert Johnson
5. Carl Perkins
6. Jimmy Page
7. John McLaughlin
8. Carlos Santana
9. David Gilmour

Using George Clooney as an example is ridiculous.
His wife is not American. And he claims to have left to avoid his children living as famous people in Hollywood - which is a legit reason IMO, like him or not.

Perhaps net "legal" migration, but not including illegals.
And most Americans have not "migrated" anywhere.
Just because you are a student living abroad for a few years, or working abroad, doesn't mean you have migrated.
Very few Americans change citizenship and very few move away permanently.
According to Chat GPT, only about 5,000 Americans per year actually change their citizenship.

And what is not illustrated in these stats, is the small percentage of elites that are extremely smart can lead a nation of retards and make them do and/or agree to anything.

"Trucks Family" being the operative phrase. Butch Trucks is not the father of Derek Trucks.
And Gregg's son Devon Allman is extremely talented. Certainly not on Derek Trucks' level, but a fabulous guitarist. Devon was recently on the Jimi Hendrix Tribute tour with Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Zakk Wylde, Marcus King, Dweezil Zappa, Eric Johnson and others, and he held his own.

Gregg Allman was married
seven times during his lifetime. His wives included Shelley Kay Jefts, Janice Blair, pop star Cher (1975–1978), Julie Bindas, Danielle Galliano, Stacey Fountain, and Shannon Williams, whom he married in 2017 shortly before his death.
His seven marriages were:
Shelley Kay Jefts (1971–1972)
Janice Blair (1973–1974)
Cher (1975–1979)
Julie Bindas (1979–1981)
Danielle Galliano (1989–1994)
Stacey Fountain (2001–2008)
Shannon Williams (2017)
For such a playboy, Gregg just could not resist putting a ring on it. You would think that once you were tied to the Whipping Post, you would try to avoid it.
Note: He also had 5 kids by 5 of his wives. Never had more than 1 with any of them.

are we not allowed to call the first decade of our lives as part of "growing up"?
I said "most"
Sure, the first millenials remember the 80s, but the vast majority of millenials grew up in the 90s. But even the earliest millenials were in elementary school in 1990.
