Now you see why they've cultivated the anti-vaxxer movement and made it look deranged. When the real bullshite starts getting forced into your veins the drones will point at you and call you crazy.

While I will join anyone in open mockery of the anti-vax crowd, he's dead wrong here. Shooting shite into me without my consent?

funny, a bunch of random dudes on a message board think they know more than our country's preeminent constitutional attorney.

The problem with this is that dumb arse rules/laws turn public safety into nothing more than an occupying force versus actual public safety

He's right. I believe I'm immune, but that does not matter.
All should be clear.
Just in case.

Hey downvoters, ever heard of polio, smallpox, measles, mumps, rubella or tetanus? And many more diseases people don’t get anymore thanks to vaccines.
Why didnt you mention the flu vaccine...

I believe the Jacobson v Massachusetts court upheld a fine against a person who refused a mandatory vaccination. That perhaps is different than saying they can force it on you. I’m not sure that the Supreme Court has gone so far as to say you can be captured and vaccinated by force. What if The recalcitrant believ s the vaccine in the mark of the beast?
The rationale of these cases is in part is that, if the state has the the right to draft people to go to war to die for their country, they can and will do whatever they want to the people if they think circumstances justify it. Internment camps were only “bad” when viewed in hindsight, right. They were “necessary” until the war was over. You have no rights when expletive are scared.
Wake up people. It you expect the courts or this government to protect your God-given rights, you are living in an illusion. When government is not protecting those rights, please read the Declaration of Independence for guidance as to what needs to be done.

People on both sides of this argument are retarded. No, the state should not force people to get things put into their body. However, vaccines have been proven to be good for you and they don’t cause fricking cancer or autism. So I would encourage it but it shouldn’t be forced.
Hey downvoters, ever heard of polio, smallpox, measles, mumps, rubella or tetanus? And many more diseases people don’t get anymore thanks to vaccines.
You do realize that most in this thread are referencing a rushed vaccine for Covid-19, right?
In my opinion, it is entirely normal to at least have doubts and ask questions before consenting to a vaccine that, by all accounts, is a rushed vaccine that has been fast-tracked at every level. That is not emphatically saying it is a bad vaccine, it is showing caution and concern over what is being put into your body. And, when it is becoming more evident by the day that said vaccine has become a sort of polictal goal or tool, more alarms go off.
None of this is equal to the anti-vaxxer crowd screaming "autism" and beckoning measles, polio, and God knows what else into their homes with open arms.
