IDK about "favorite," but I find the whole "Grand Tartaria" thing pretty amusing. Basically, most people don't know the history of how Russia got so big (why would they?) so these "Tartaria" clowns posit a conspiracy between Napoleon and some Czar to stage a French invasion of Russia and erase the existence of "Grand Tartaria," an advanced nation state where the buildings were nicer and the women were better-behaved.

Listened to it on a podcast. Cheney invested in a disaster recovery company a month or so before it happened that profited from the spill. Naturally the conspiracy goes the accident was intentional. His connections with Haliburton fuel the theory a bit.
There is also another one that suggests the spill was caused by a North Korean special forces group
I cant remember the details of the other conspiracy theory they podcast when over regarding DWH

Hand to heart, I heard people, when it happened, say they thought Obama was behind it as a way to to try to kill the oil industry (using it to say oil is too dangerous for the environment, blah blah).
But you also had people who thought George W Bush had the levees in New Orleans blown up during Katrina.
