BP going bankrupt?

This is what I though from day 20 of this whole thing. They coughed up 20 billion. Big money yes, but this shitstorm is still going. The "pretty beaches" are just now getting hit. Let one tarball wash ashore in Miami. This event will take a couple years to assess damage. Cuba? Jamaica? Puerto Rico? Then add the East Coast if the current carries it up there.
Not to mention the 11 men who died. The 11 families who I know have legal representation. They need to take their piece too. And I am not saying that in a negative way. If my Dad were on one of those rigs I would want to know my mother was taken care of and his family was taken care of for our loss.
So when do you think BP bankrupts?
And what, if any, changes apply to BP filing? They are a British company and not governed by our business laws even though they did business in US waters?
