Coast Guard approves 'prototype' sand berm

If the "prototype" berm is considered part of the response to oil cleanup and will be paid for by BP, and it is proven that this method does work as a method for oil cleanup, then how the hell is the rest of the berm federal or state responsibility to fund?

What a fricking joke! Approved "prototype"? And Louisiana has top pay for the rest?
WTF? Louisiana shouldn't have to pay for any of this!! Give us 50% of the fricking royalties you federal bastards.
