Had a 20x30x4" slab poured with 12" footers. Paid 6.25 sqft (cash) last December. The guy's crew dug, framed, laid wire mesh, moisture barrier, poured, finished, and wrecked the forms all in 1 day. Check with your local guys, get multiple quotes to compare for the best pricing and quality.

20x40x4” slab last week
$400 for wire mesh, boards and barrier
10 yards delivered was $1687
Was quoted $2700 to be formed and finished.
But me and some buddies did it.
