I don't have much to add, but I googled to see how much you could even pull with a Range Rover, and apparently its 5,000 lbs -8,000 lbs depending on package. That is pretty surprising to me, I would have thought it would have been way less than that.

Nobody wants to drive a minivan, it's the modern equivalent of a station wagon.

That’s often. Personally, if I spent that kind of money on the vehicle I’d go ahead and have dealership install the hitch given you’ll be using frequently. Check the warranty too as you may be voiding some aspects if you don’t have them install.
I honestly don’t know how self-configurable the leveling and stuff other posters had mentioned but seems like you’d want that set up optimally from dealership. Uhaul is probably more appropriate for a track made for hauling.
