Really easy.
I load of lot of 221 Fireball ammo, the parent brass for the 300 Blackout. When I first started loading for a new 221 Fireball rifle, I couldn't find factory brass. I bought some from a guy who converted it from 223 Remington. Unfortunately, I could NEVER get the modified brass to shoot accurately. There was a lot of neck wall thickness variability. I ended up later finding some factory 221 Fireball and the loads were again accurate.. When I got my 300 BO barrel for an AR 15, I went straight to factory brass. High quality 300 BO factory brass is fairly available and inexpensive, $30-35/100. Just something more to think about.
