That " look at me. I'm a star " mentality is a sickness, mentally.

The State V McHugh ruling explains it best.

By the way, one of the main case Agents that day was Jerry Miculek's brother.

This is what you said

quote:

they dont even need probable cause to search you or the house. they have more power and authority to violate your rights then cops do because you arent provided with dure process rights for game violations the same as you are with regular crimes

Do you not see that this is 100% false and pretty damn stupid for someone to actually believe it?

I don’t care how many wardens you know the fact remains that this statement is false

quote:

they dont even need probable cause to search you or the house. they have more power and authority to violate your rights then cops do because you arent provided with dure process rights for game violations the same as you are with regular crimes

Sir you are retarded. They cannot just enter one's home whenever they please. If they have probable cause that a crime was committed and that evidence of said crime is in the house then they can obtain a search warrant to enter and search. They cannot just do so of their own accord.

Not trying to jump in the middle of this fight, but I know from a game warden that they use probable cause as possessing to much game which is low hanging fruit to search anytime he wants…this guy also sets up people in the Mississippi Delta to sell him deer and/or get them to shoot them off the road at night…I absolutely can’t stand the guy his name is Ricky…anyway game wardens get away with a lot more leeway than the police do

Watching north woods law makes me glad to be from the south. They have some messed up fish and game laws up there. No wonder there aren’t as many outdoorsman in the north their draconian laws take all the fun out of it

I think one was a FB post with video of a guy beating a small hog

I don’t know if they search it out or if it is brought to their attention

Yes this was on Lone Star Law, The Texas version of the show. They arrested the guy and took him to jail, also called the sheriff department to tack on some drug charges. S7 Ep5

Not at all. We are just not sure if you are smart enough to ask the correct question or have the understanding to translate their answer, that is all.

This case presents the question of whether a wildlife law enforcement officer may make a suspicionless stop of a hunter leaving a wildlife habitat during hunting season and detain him briefly to ascertain whether he has a valid hunting license, to ask whether he has game in his possession, and, if so, to request to inspect the game.
