Yes from Co-trustees and anybody who will be considered a responsible party.
But only when you purchase new items is the way I took it. I'm not 100% certain that if you make an amendment to your trust that you would have to send in the new co-trustees prints and photo.

The only good reason for a Trust these days is for multiple people to be able to possess the NFA items independently. For instance, you and your buddy want to be able to take a silencer hog hunting without the primary registered owner present.
You would still have to be listed as a responsible party on the trust and had previously gone through the process (fill out the RPQ, fingerprint and photo) in order to possess without the presence of the primary owner though.

the way i took it, for every new purchase, every member of the trust has to refill out the RPQ and resupply fingerprints.

How do I file a form 1? I’m wanting to build a silencer and the only way I’ve found to do it is by filling out the pdf form from the atf website and mailing it in.

is this because i'm making one and i'm having to create a new model for the database?

cool thanks.
one more questions and it seems so easy, it's almost stupid. i've tried a simple google search to find the address where i'm supposed to send the fingerprints and i can't find anything. also, how to i label the envelope so i know it goes to the right department when it arrives at the ATF.

When you complete the File you will get a PDF of a cover letter. I sent my prints to the address on the cover letter and everything turned out just fine.
