Anybody ever use these guys for some gunsmithing? Have a new hand guard I want to install but do not have a KAC wrench for the urx series to get the barrel nut off the old one. The dang wrenches alone are over 100 bucks so that’s a negative.
I know some gunsmiths hate working on the Knight’s rails, so it may be a long shot anyway. But I’d like to try to get the barrel nut off in good shape so it can be used again when I resale it.

My brother-in-law lives in Shreveport and I went there with him to pick up a gun they had worked on a couple of years ago. Seemed like a great place. I talked to the owner and a couple of employees. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have no problem bringing anything to them to work on

No experience with Davtac, but I've had some good and affordable work done at Red River Range in Shreveport.
