Hunted last weekend a few miles south of Liberty off 569/Lower Centerville. Had a good bit off action for that place. Action didn't really start till 9a.m. each morning. Right at dark as well.

I saw 4 deer and shot a pig this weekend. We are between McComb and Liberty off of 48. Had an 8pt killed a few weeks ago and a few does this year.

I have a place due north of Liberty. Plenty of deer at night. Have a nice 8 pt coming around a little earlier the past 2 weeks. He was in camera at 5:45 yesterday. Heading out in a few so jr can maybe take him this evening. Still not chasing yet.

I am in Smithdale. Mostly moving at night. Shot a 7 pt yesterday evening. Had a 4 pt moving 10:00 this morning. Wife had a big 10 in daylight on camera at her stand a few days ago swoll up and chasing a doe. Rut here is usually in the next 2 weeks. Hunting this evening and will be back for the weekend. Should be good!

I’ve been hunting here for 20 years. This is the most nighttime movement I’ve seen. Seeing plenty scrapes and other sign but looks to be mostly at night. I’m hoping the cold and smaller moon help things out.

Adams rd and rolling rd. Not much daylight movement all season. I had some pigs move in oct. had to fence feeders and when i did that the deer did not like it. Took them a while before they would jump it. Pigs finally moved off and took the fence down a few weeks ago.

In woodville. The young bucks have been moving this week. Got one older one moving and hitting a bunch of cams at random times during the day. Looks like this weekend and after you need to be out there.

Gotcha ...not far from 569. Probably 2-3 miles from me as the crow flies. The hogs have really never been an issue for us somehow.

I have a place east of 61 by the prison and today was the first day we’ve seen any chasing. My wife saw a buck cross the pipeline yesterday afternoon. Nose down and walking quick . It’s starting.
